產(chǎn)品介紹


酪酰胺信號(hào)放大（Tyramide signal amplification, TSA）技術(shù)是一類利用辣根過(guò)氧化酶（HRP）對(duì)靶蛋白進(jìn)行高密度原位標(biāo)記的酶學(xué)檢測(cè)方法。其原理是利用酪胺的過(guò)氧化物酶反應(yīng)，酪胺熒光素底物在HRP和過(guò)氧化氫的作用下被活化，產(chǎn)生的活化熒光底物能與目標(biāo)蛋白的蛋白殘基（酪氨酸殘基）共價(jià)結(jié)合，導(dǎo)致在抗原-抗體結(jié)合位點(diǎn)大量沉積熒光素，實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)放大。通過(guò)熱修復(fù)處理，將前一輪非共價(jià)結(jié)合的抗體洗掉，而熒光素穩(wěn)定結(jié)合在蛋白上，進(jìn)行下一輪染色。直至所有抗體孵育結(jié)束，進(jìn)行核染色，封片，掃描。由于每次體系
