SWISS: Q9NPI1 Gene ID: 29117 BRD7可能參與了基因轉錄調控,是一個核轉錄調節(jié)蛋白。經研究發(fā)現BRD7可能是通過Ras/MEK/ERK和Rb/E2F兩條通路影響細胞周期的進程，使細胞停滯于G0/G1期，BRD7具有阻止細胞周期進程的作用。BRD7蛋白尤其是在鼻咽癌的發(fā)病過程中發(fā)揮了十分重要作用，BRD7基因的過表達可通過調節(jié)MAPK及Wnt信號通路抑制鼻咽癌的生長，并將鼻咽癌阻滯在G1/S期。 |
