| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 白細胞介素 2 (IL2) 受體α (IL2RA) 和β (IL2RB) 鏈與共同的γ 鏈(IL2RG) 一起構(gòu)成高親和力IL2 受體。同源二聚體 α 鏈 (IL2RA) 產(chǎn)生低親和力受體，而同源二聚體 β (IL2RB) 鏈產(chǎn)生中等親和力受體。通常，一種完整的膜蛋白、可溶性 IL2RA 已被分離并確定是由細胞外蛋白水解產(chǎn)生的。交替剪接的 IL2RA mRNA 已被分離出來，但每個的意義目前尚不清楚。該基因的突變與白細胞介素 2 受體 α 缺陷有關(guān)。2019 年嚴重冠狀病毒病 (COVID-19)（由新型嚴重急性呼吸系統(tǒng)綜合癥冠狀病毒 2（SARS-CoV-2）引起的疾病）患者血漿中的 IL2R 水平顯著升高。同樣，發(fā)現(xiàn)不同類型癌癥患者的血清 IL-2R 水平升高。某些 IL2RA 和 IL2RB 基因多態(tài)性與肺癌風(fēng)險相關(guān)。 |
